The worst service I have ever received

I have never come across a service provider worse than United Business Solutions. I have been charged for ink usage on numerous occasions when the printer wasn't even switched on or printing. You get zero feedback from their side. If you do get hold of someone to resolve the matter, you get treated like a complete idiot. Otherwise, they just ignore you completely. The result? You pay the bill for the ink you DIDN'T use and suffer the loss, or they hand you over. I am so sick and tired of this company. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. I do not recommend using them. One star is too much.
