Terrible Customer service

the worst unprofessional service received from united stuff member Charde Lumley ***, i have been in contact with United after my account was suspended after liaising with United for several days with no explanation why my account suspended with back-to-back emails, I get a response in a manner were i am so astonishing from Charde responding telling me i can move to another company, such arrogance instead off apologizing for error and inconvenience.is this how united business solutions treat clients after been active with them for such a long time, instead of given answers i am told you can take your business elsewhere .I recommend never to use United services the stuff are very arrogant and need training.
