Having contacted a number of other well established service providers in order to arrange for the conversion of our establishment's old ADSL landline to a VoIP system, it was an unprecedented nightmare to say the least....promises made and not kept, non-return of phone calls as promised and generally just a host of nonchalant attitudes.
