Ridge Reyneke - Super Sales Consultant

I made a cold call to UBS after finding them on the Internet. I had been looking for a decent phone for a long while. I tried all the stores I could think of. Then I met Ridge Reyneke on the phone who said that he will source a phone for me with my requirements. He got me a Sela KT9600 telephone which has surpassed all the other land-line phones I have come across, even the Panasonic range. Even though I took time to ponder over which phone I would like to get initially, Ridge kept in touch. He then told me about the Sela KT9600 which I immediately liked. The thing about Ridge is that he kept in touch with me from the time the phone was ordered ex JHB, till its delivery.
