Poor Service - United Business Solutions

I've purchsed two photo copiers at this company paying more than R110K for both machines on the 23rd of August 2024

Firstly I've received the Cannon Image Runner only on the 11th of October 2024. Less than two weeks later the machine stopped working.

The sales consultant does not answer his phone or respond to messages.

I really had a very bad experience using this company.

Reporting it to the website of the company and sending emails, the entire company just don't respond.

I have lost orders and income due to the company and the way they do business.
