POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

I had a disappointing experience with United Business Solutions. Initially, they were fast and friendly when securing contracts, but their service deteriorated significantly afterward. They consistently neglected their responsibilities under the Service Level Agreement, failing to properly maintain or service our machines. Toner deliveries were delayed, and their technician was unreliable, taking far too long to complete repairs and showing a lack of care in their work. I strongly advise schools and businesses to avoid working with United Business Solutions due to their poor service and lack of accountability.
