Poor Service
Very very poor customer service - its very sad because the technicians that visit to repair constantly are very nice men but they are let down by the poor state of the machines and their management - we are stuck in a contract and cannot get out of it until it expires

08 Jun 2020, 09:24Sure - Securivision cc t/a RK Security Systems - machine serial number ***8 - machine was jamming again this morning with paper getting stuck and almost catching fire AGAIN - i do understand the machine wont catch fire but its still not okay - unit was serviced fully last week so this shouldnt still be happening
