Our account manager, Cameron De Andrade, explicitly told us that our printer agreement was on a month-to-month basis and that our original contract had expired. He was so confident in this that he even started quoting us on new printers under a fresh agreement.

Relying on the information we were given, we obtained quotes from other suppliers and found a better deal. When we informed Cameron that we wished to cancel what we believed was our month-to-month agreement, the story suddenly changed. We were then told that we still had six months remaining on our contract.

How does a sales manager not know the status of the contracts he manages? Either we were given completely inaccurate information, or we were deliberately misled. Neither explanation reflects well on United Business Solutions.

What has made this even worse is the complete lack of accountability. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or working towards a fair resolution, the company has simply ignored repeated emails from Local Real Estate. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern is unacceptable.

We made an important business decision based on information supp**** by United Business Solutions, only to discover that the information was apparently incorrect when it no longer suited them. That is not how a professional company should operate.

We have completely lost confidence in United Business Solutions and cannot recommend them to any business looking for a supplier they can trust.
