How useless can a company be?

Obviously the people who have written good reviews about this company has gotten some kind of kick-back from this company. We took over this account from the previous owner of our business. To start off with the contract has a camera system with 16 cameras linked to it. I have recently did the sums and was horrified by the fact that a R8000 system that was installed at my business, will eventually cost an amount of +- R*** - absolute *******, not to mention the fact that these cameras will never belong to me or ever be serviced by United business solutions. Then I had also rented a printer from them of which the contract ended in April 2021, the debit orders that is being processed through my bank account still has the printer amount on it every month - I have spoken, asked nicely, screamed and sworn to no avail. I am still being charged for the printer. To top it all United business solutions just does not react to telephone calls or e-mails. I suppose Ignorance is bliss, for them that is! Then finally, this account was taken over by my company in 2019, that makes this almost 3 years now, and the statement still has the old owners name. Exactly how efficient is a company that takes 3 years to change a name? I am so tired of having to have to beg people to do their jobs properly!!!!
