Horrible Service from Start to Current.

Absolutely one of the worst service providers from start of contract to current.

It all started in the year of 2018, from buying a machine cash and making the worst mistakes in signing a service contract with United Business Solutions. The machine we had bought had been faulty from the word go, constantly logging service calls, technicians pitching up anything from 2 days to 2 weeks later.

Then came October 2021, our machine had stopped printing, instead was eating paper like there was no tomorrow. Ahhhhhh fuser unit is damaged (although previous service call was a ticking noise from the fuser unit.) And to top it all off the Finishing Unit was "damaged". This is a report from the technician that came to the service call.

So we busy with insurance and they send a technician to double check the findings. No the finishing unit wasn't damaged as UBS claimed it to be, instead the main board to the Machine had been struck by lighting or a power surge. Imagine we had to buy a new finishing unit and the printer wouldn't work? Thank you Insurance for discovering the main board issue.

How can we be charged for a machine that is not in working condition? Was the question that was asked numerous amount of times. Instead we are expected to pay a cancellation fee based on the average readings?

It has been 5 months since the machine has been picked up by Insurance and s****ped. Yet we receive a bill of meter readings that were averaged. We have been asking for assistance since the 15th of February for them to correct this matter as we are pretty sure that UBS is not allowed to do Average Billing? We have requested them to point this clause out in the contract, yet our E-mails go unanswered.

You are expected to pay for the worse service received from this company.

Please do your homework before making any decision when thinking of buying or renting from United Business. You will eventually be stuck in the situation that we are today.

All we want is to finally part ways but we cannot because we are struck in a Contract that does not cater for unrepairable machines. It only caters for UBS to ****** Customers.
