Business Automation Division - Unprofessional

My company has beed very dissatisfied with the lack of service received from the Printer/Office machine division of United Business Solutions.

We have been over billed for thousands of rands over a span of 5 months. Our company gets debited months on end without much of a reply to address the overcharges on our account. They simply just deducted money from our company's bank account based on incorrect invoicing.

Furthermore, I gave this company 60 days notice to terminate my short-term contract with them. The contract was due to terminate on 31 July 2024, however instead of collecting the printer on or before the 31st of July 2024, the machine was only collected mid August and we were build for August rental. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I appeal to businesses to reconsider doing business with this company.
