Bad customer service

My experience with this company was not a good one at all. Firstly, I bought a Konica Minolta photocopier machine for a whopping R27 000, only to be told that the machine that I bought was old and unserviceable and that I must upgrade to another machine with a condition that I must now pay additional for delivery and installation.

After making this purchase, my circumstances changed and I requested cancellation of the order and a refund. The response from their sales manager was very condensending and all of a sudden, it's like I'm asking for a favour when I want my money back. The response was more indirectly saying "you will get your money when you get your money". No reassurance or update on when exactly will I get my money. Some people might have had good experiences with this company, but I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth about them. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone based on my experience.
