I was moving from Durban to Johannesburg and this was the first move I'd ever done on that scale. Everyone from the company was very reassuring and understanding of my situation as I had lots of belongings to move in a very space of time. They answered all my questions, they were upfront about procedures and policies, what I also liked was the fact that there were no hidden costs that appeared out of the blue. They did a great job ensuring my belongings got to Johannesburg in mint condition.
