Unishaun Removals & Storage PATHETIC
I have used your services and extremely disappointed. On arrival of the truck in Capetown your team stole my cigarettes an alcohol drink, i still gave them alot of items an clothes etc...When they left my premises in Capetown they didnt bubble wrap anything and stated they will do it in the warehouse. I did have a few extra items, not more than 5KG in total... But the team said its fine, As they took alot of items i gave including a swing set etc. They counted a soccer ball as one item, counted a baseball bat an another item and etc... Hence they said i have had a few extra items. On arrival of my items in Durban Chatsworth, I have noticed several items missing an damaged. I have sent the pictures to the *** and queried as to how i can be assisted. I was told i cant since i did not take out insurance, however the items that was damaged was the same items i have paid for it to be bubbled wrapped an it was not!!! They then said it was not bubble wrapped an they made a decision on their own to not bubble wrap but rather use that funds to cater for the few extra items. No1 consulted me about that an no1 made contact regarding that they wont bubble wrap an rather use that funds for something else which is extremely wrong as im the consumer!!! I need my items that was meant to be bubble wrapped paid out to me as due to it not being bubbled wrapped its all damaged an broken as proof as being sent. I urgently require feedback before moving forward. I paid for the below : 1 x bubble wrap - TV 8 x Plastic - 3 sofas / washing machine / dish washer / fridge / 2 beds. There is much more id like to say and also alot of other items are missing!!! The Unishaun team has no respect and is just ignoring my calls and *** and does not wish to help after they did the wrong and caused damages worth close to 100K!!!Pathetic.

Worst removal company ever!!
I am currently using these incompetant people for my move from Mondeor to Port Edward. Let start at the beginning. They were booked and confirmed to be here this morning at 08h00. I got a call from them early this morning and the lady told me that they were running late with 30 minutes because their one crew member were running late. All fine and well and I told her 30 minutes is not a problem and thank you for letting me know. At around 09h00 they were still net here. I called and she told me that their truck had a flat tire and they were busy repairing the tire and will be at my house at 10h00. At 10h15 I called again and I was told the truck is 20 minutes away from me and she once again apologized. Just before 11h00 they eventually arrived. My thoughts were that, since they were already late and Port Edward is not around the corner, that they would start loading immediately. To my surprise, they all sat down on my pavement next to their truck and started eating. I asked them what now? I was told that they were having brunch. Just after 12h00 they had finished their brunch and started loading. But they were only 4 guys and a driver and they were extremely slow. I got my own garden guy to assist them and we also started carrying stuff in order to help them work a bit faster. I told them when they arrived to 1st move my safe. I told them it was extremely heavy and they should use a trolley and make sure that they all, including my guy, work together to get the safe out. This never happened because when I looked for them at around 14h00, the guys were all sitting inside their truck and the driver and supervisor were MIA. I asked what was happening now and they told me that the driver has gone to the shop to buy them food. Apparently they are unable to work or do anything without their supervisor and driver. I called their office. The new owner of the house arrived and the house was still full of furniture. We called their office again. The new owner went off at them and told me that I should have used another company because these guys are useless. After 15h00 I went and checked and the safe was still inside and about 90% of my furniture as well. My wife send them a video to show their office what was going on, the message was read but the only reply was that they were contacting the driver. No other response from them. Around 16h30 they eventually brought the safe out, while taking it out of the house on the trolley, they hopped it down the stairs and didn't control it or guide it as I told them by "hopping" it down the stairs it would damage my tiles. Once again they didn't listen and they carried on and the tiles on my steps broke. I send their office a video and photos and asked them who was going to be responsible for the damages and once again my message was blue ticked and I got no response, not even a phone call. It is now 17h29 and they are still busy moving furniture to the truck. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants to move. Not even to transport a dead ****roach!

Damaged belongings and poor handling
I would not recommend this moving company. Unfortunately, many of my belongings arrived damaged, and several boxes were open when they were delivered. It was obvious that there was very little care taken when handling my items, especially fragile and delicate belongings. Everything seemed to be crammed together without any consideration for preventing damage. If you value your possessions and want them treated with care, I would strongly recommend choosing a different moving company.
