My apprehension grew with each carelessly loaded piece. My worst fears were realized upon the eventual, and significantly delayed, delivery date. After numerous unanswered calls and shifting timelines, my goods finally arrived after the rescheduled date. The condition in which they arrived was frankly appalling. Several items of furniture bore clear signs of damage: a noticeable dent in my refrigerator and of course the shattered mirror. The inventory list, which I had meticulously prepared, was disregarded, with boxes seemingly piled haphazardly with no regard for fragile contents. Adding insult to injury, the delivery personnel, upon completing their haphazard unloading, audaciously requested tips (on day of pick up especially). Given the damage and the substandard service I had received, this demand felt not only inappropriate but frankly insulting. Their expectation of gratuity after such a display of incompetence was truly beyond comprehension. In conclusion, my interaction with Unishaun Furniture Removals was nothing short of a disaster. Their consistent lack of punctuality, the demonstrable damage to my possessions and property, and the unprofessional conduct of their staff are all indicative of a company that operates with alarming disregard for customer satisfaction and the safe handling of goods.
