Professional Recruitment Service?

As a job seeker, it is a daunting task searching for a job in the job market. It does not become any easier when you cannot apply for a job because of an instance that you cannot log into your account, after asking numerous times for assistance to change login credentials on their end, due to not having access to the email you are initially registered with. After explaining that my email was hacked and that I had deactivated it, following their procedure to prove my credentials, only to consistently get no proper assistance or feedback on those numerous occasions. On my last attempt, I had mentioned that I am asking for the last time, instead of posting a review. Instead I got a response of "Hi", with a login link that did not work or leads to the same login, when they are aware based on the string of emails I have sent, stating that I cannot login and asking for assistance to get my login credentials changed, so that I can login to apply. I am not sure if this is out of spite or if it is genuine incompetence. Either way, I have mentioned that it is frustrating and still got the same responses, as minimal as possible. If that is what people consider professional, then we are in for one heck of a ride in our economy. I would not recommend employers to use their services if this is how they treat potential recruits.
