No feedback from Unique Personnel

I have not once been selected to go for an interview, although my profile is up to date. There are applications open for a year already. other have been deleted and I hear nothing from anyone. It seems they have too many people to assist and only help the ones that has everything I do not have. I re**** on them to assist with unemployment.
