worst service ever.

I purchased R500 unipin this morning and another R550 this afternoon. I am still waiting for the tokens. We get a reply saying that your supplier is currently offline and that the token will be sent once they are back online. There is no time indication what so ever as to how long this is going to take. It's now 7pm and I am sitting in total darkness with my small baby. To top this off. When you calm blue label to query this, they just pass the buck to unipin, they give you a contact number of which no one picks up on the other side. This service is beyond bad. It is unacceptable!!!!!!
