Voucher not loading
I went to load my unipin Electricity voucher. I received an error code. I waited a bit and tried again with no success. I also tried another voucher.<br> I didn't want to go this route but I sent an SMS and still no reply. I'm on 2 units and need to reload. Please assist.

The token we supp**** you is what we received directly from Ideal Prepaid. We do not process the tokens and send the tokens we obtain from them, back to you.
You will need to get in touch with Ideal prepaid in order for them to assist you with the token that doesn't want to load.
