Voucher does not load

Good evening,<br> <br> I purchased a voucher for R300 this morning at the Caltex Garage in Langenhovenpark Bloemfontein.<br> <br> I have been trying to load the voucher since 20:00 but it keeps giving me the following message: \Service not running! Please try again later". It is now 21:27.<br> <br> My electricity is running out so I would appreciate a speedy resolution.<br> <br> Serial number of the voucher in question is in the \""YOUR ACC/POLICY OR ID NO\"" section visible to suppliers. <br> <br> P.S. This is not the first time I have experienced this problem and it is rather annoying and frustrating"
