Very bad after purchase service
Their meters do not accept voucher numbers. When you c all them for help they will refer to these different numbers ***, ***, ***, ***. You will circle around those people until the day ends without any help. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy the electricity meters, not unless you want to be frustrated. Zenobia, Aneska, Pear Las, Candel those are the people you will talk to without any help.

Why are you logging a call to UniPIN?
We do not supply, sell or support them or specialize in metering queries.
We also do not have any of the people you mentioned working for UniPIN.
UniPIN obtains vouchers from the suppliers and passes the tokens onto the customers to load into their meters. If the tokens are being rejected or if the meters are faulty, the customers will need to take this up with whomever installed the meters, and whomever the electricity supplier is.
