Unvalid unipin number

I've purchased 2 unipin vouchers but when I punch in my details it comes back saying invalid pin number.. I've contacted unipin many times they say they will look into it.. And they don't have a call center.. I'm really disgusted with their service.. I've lost R200 and had to go out and buy new vouchers.. They just don't seem to care.. Highly upset customer
