unsatisfied service of unipin

I bought unipin power voucher for R500 from glewnwood spar in durban. I followed instructions as on the voucher to process inorder to get tokens but for some reason it is unable to process the voucher. I have email and sms unipin twice with the serial voucher number and meter number. I have no response at all from unipin regarding the problem I am having. I need the electricity urgently. Very unsatisfied with the services of unipin. If this problem can not be rectified I want my money back!
