UNIPIN's UNI-USELESSNESS!!
We purchased R500's worth of UNIPIN for water and electricity from Hout Bay SPAR a week ago and somehow lost the slips on the way home.. Unfortunate, yes.. But there are always back up ways to reclaim the PURCHASED pin codes so that one can claim what was rightfully theirs, right? Wrong.. Although UNIPIN has an SMS Service line stated clearly on its slips, it denies ANY use of this facility! Point Blank!! Our very helpful local SPAR Manager's attempt at reprinting the slips simply showed us a REPRINT with Hashtags replacing the Code!! All attempts to contact UNIPIN has been met with rude, unhelpful, insincere call operators that portray nothing less than a "Tough for you, guess you'll just have to deal with it!" attitude. That being said and after reading terrible review after even worse review, it is obvious to me that UNIPIN is another corporate junkie in a country consumed by QuickFix greed. This is obvious just by looking at UNIPIN's rates with our little one and a half bedroom cottage somehow costing over R50 a day to run even though we work from 7am to 7pm and are away from the house??
No thought for its customers and no care for its community! Just an insipid representation of the worst kind of US... The continuous blight of a could be, should be, would be (if not for the **** that never stops taking) Beautiful and Balanced Nation!
We cannot change servers since we are renting but if you can, I urge anyone out there to avoid this dark pit of an institution!
UNIPIN... You Suck and I only wish the worst for You, because thats what you really deserve!
Thanks for nothing!!!
