Unipin Voucher SMS's sent late or not at all

I think the service for the Unipin Electricity is PATHETIC!!!! I brought R100 from an Engen Garage and sent the sms on Sunday 7 February 2015 to redeem my voucher nr. I have not received any pin as yet. Every time I try to redeem the voucher they send a sms back and say the voucher has been redeemed and I received no pin nr for my meter to load the electricity!!! I WILL NOT SUPPORT THE UNIPIN SERVICE ANY MORE! THERE IS NO CALL CENTRE NR OR ANYONE WHO CAN ASSIST YOU TO REDEEM THE VOUCHER YOU NEVER RECEIVED!!!! BEYOND PATHETIC SYSTEM I MUST SAY!!!!

We see that tokens were processed on 7 and 8 February and was sent back to your phone on these days respectively. There are contact details on the vouchers where you can sms or email your query and our agents are standing by to assist. We sincerely apologize for your experience.
