Unipin voucher sent - no token received
This evening I tried to load unipin. It confirmed the receipt via USSD code, but have not received the token until now. There is no contact in order to sort this out, and I sent the serial no. three times to the SMS number without any response. <br> I would understand if there is a problem from time to time, but to have no one to talk to is just ridiculous.<br> <br> I post this now on HP since I figured out by accident that Unipin at least answers here on this side in the hope of getting the token delivered or posted here on this website.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The service provider we use for USSD went down last nigh so none of our customers could redeem their UniPINs. As you can imagine, this creates havoc and put an immense amount of strain on our support staff to keep up with queries.
The USSD service is up and running and you can retry to redeem your UnIPIN.
