Unipin voucher sent no pin received

It said to wait as there is a problem at my electricity supplier.<br> <br> There is no contact in order to sort this out, and you never respond to sms's or mails so I won't even bother!<br> <br> Sort your systems out. This is not how a customer base should ever be treated. Find your service to be one of the worst in South Africa.<br> <br> Please contact me on a solution as I work from home and this is costing me business!
