Unipin voucher request not being processed

I bought a unipin voucher yesterday. After smsing the code through I got an sms saying PLEASE DO NOT RESEND YOUR REQUEST. There is a problem at your electricity supplier. Your token will be sent to you as soon as the problem is resolved. I still have received nothing from unipin. I tried calling their call centre only to find out they are closed on the weekend. Now we go without electricity. This is unacceptable. No can give any answers as to what is going on. If this is how unipin operates my suggestion is that NO one use their service rather find one of their functioning competitors
