UNIPIN - Voucher redeemed "Its not thier Problem"

Just after buying UNIPIN Voucher @ Caltex Sefako Makhatho DR, 5 minutes later I tried to redeem electricity I got the SMS saying "The Pin has already been redeemed". After calling the call centre and emailing I am told It is not their Problem!
