Unipin voucher not working

Hi I bought a unipin voucher for R100, followed instructions to get electricity token and I never received the token.

Below is the SMS i received 5hours ago

"Please be patient and do not resend your request. Your electricity token will be sent as soon as UniPIN can retrieve it from the supplier." Details
