Unipin voucher invalid and no response from email/sms service centre

I bought a Unipin voucher on Saturday which I have tried to redeem up till now. The message 'invalid pin number' keeps coming up.

I have reported this to Unipin using their email and sms function and I am just ignored. This is a lot of money I am talking about (R1000) and as it stands my power is low.

My meter number is ********** 8060.

I honestly don't know what else to do except to do.

This is the worst service I have ever received.
