Unipin very expensive
<p>Unipin is a ******* pay a R100 rand and only gets you 49 units!!!!!! No free units and the main house thats on unipin too also doesnt recieve free units. I only use R400 electricity a month so Im beneath what I am suppose to use but must still pay more!!!!! I think the best is to complain to NERSA. Why must we pay admin why not the landlord? Other private meter companies gives 61 units for R100. We cant afford the electricity and the geyser has to stay off most of the time so that we can get through the month and we have a shower only and we are 3 living together!!</p>

Thank you for your mail. Please note that Unipin is merely an avenue for buying prepaid electricity. unipin does not set the tariffs as this is done by the municipality and service provider. Unipin simply delivers what these entities send to us, based on their calculations and tariff setup. In order to query, what you are paying, I suggest you contact either the municipality or your service provider to get a detailed explanation of what they are billing and charging you for.
