Unipin units not generating electricity power

Good day, I bought the electricity voucher from boxer and loaded on my meter box but no power generated although it shows the units on the box. The lady said it works the same as unipin but i think its the normal electricity voucher because i didnt send the request for the voucher pin. Then i bought the normal unipin at BP and send the request. I got the units then loaded them but still no power generated although it shows the units loaded. Unipin voucher serial no ***
