Unipin token not received

I bought an electricity voucher last night for R30 and tried getting the token but nothing came through and when we tried with different numbers it said voucher has been redeemed now its been 13 hours since i had been waiting and i still havent received the voucher and am still without electricity. Tried sending an email to their *** i get a rejection email that says mail box is full now what are we supposed to do
