Unipin *****s R300 and loads 10 Units on Token*

Unipin token of R300 Bought on cellphone APP capitec for amount of R300 UNIPIN gave me 10 UNITS and say they only received R30 from capitec I have been on dispute with capitec for over a week They say the system shows R300 went off my account for UNIPIN UNIPIN did not GENERATE the right amount of tokens for my money. Capitec says they are not liable that it is UNIPIN that took my money and gave the wrong units.? I want my UNITS for my UNIPIN VOUCHER OF R300 that I bought on CAPITEC banking app for R300.. UNIPIN can not be contacted Therefore I would like UNIPIN MANAGEMENT to contact me. I called Ideal Meters they say that R30 was LOADED not R300 This happened on the 4th of NOV Today is the 16th STILL no money back from UNIPIN or correct tokens? They dont reply to emails so nobody can get HOLD OF UINIPIN???
