Unipin Service Unavailable

Good day,<br> <br> Since yesterday I have been trying to redeem my Unipin Voucher, when I submit all the details and so on the message does not say your voucher has been redeemed and will be sent to you...the message only says the service is currently unavailable! <br> <br> How can a company that is suppose to provide their customers with electricity vouchers in order for them to load it on their prepaid meters services' not be working for 2 days now?????? Frustrating!!!
