<p>My daughter is staying at Oppi-spot Student Housing in Potchefstroom.</p> <p>The “Only” place they can buy prepaid electricity is at the Total garage.</p> <p> My Question and my Complaint is:</p> <p> When she buys prepaid electricity for R200-00 she receives only 98 units.</p> <p>However her friend staying in another street can buy prepaid anywhere which is not the problem as such.</p> <p> The problem is that for R200-00 he receives 144 units, which are almost a third more.</p> <p> Can you explain this discrepancy.</p> <p>I’ve got the tickets; slips and screenshots of both and are willing to take this further and go viral if necessary if I do not get a satisfactory explanation.</p> <p>I’m awaiting your explanation urgently.</p> <p> </p>
