Unipin-Pathetic Service and non existent support line

We purchase prepaid electicity from City of Tshwane via unipin. Yesterday on the 21/05/2017 we experienced yet another issue with the receipt of our token . We purhcased the unipin just after 12pm , and sent the request for the token at 12:43. After which we received the message saying 'The request is still being processed' . Patiently we waited , now around 2 hours later we are getting worried as we are low on Electicity and likely to run out . At 3:32pm we sent a message to the 'support number' with no response . All this while now trying to search the internet for contact details as the channels provided were not being responded to . At 8:20pm we still had no response now my electricity had run out . I sent another desperate email for assistance and the status of my token with no response . The morning of 22/05/2017 still no feedback . Again now during working hours I am trying to get hold of ANYBODY who can assist - the website is non existent . I sent yet another email. Eventually i got hold of SPAR head officer as this was where i purhcased the voucher from and they provided me with a number . I called this number and the gentleman said he would connect me to UNIPIN directly . There was no response and the call cut . At this time I received an email from individuals at 'cigicell' apologising fotrthe inconvencience and with the token details . I immediately responded and asked for a contact number for future issues (this was not my first 'delayed' token experience)..with yet again..no response My account is never in arrears and for me to get an apology with no reason is ridiculous. While left completely in the dark ,using my time and resources to contact them i should bill them ! Absolutely unimaginable to think that we are not in any way at fault and are at the mercy of a department that does not seem to care a damn. I would like someone to call me with regards to this immediately
