Unipin not working

I bought unipin voucher on the 6th I redeemed the 20 digit token but when I load it, it give me an error, I bought another voucher at a different shop of a lesser amount the following day, I attempted to load it, it also give me an error. I'm almost out of electricity and unipin is not helping at all. I'm very disappointed
