Unipin not sending token number!

We will not be buying from Unipin again, as this has happened just one time too many now. We buy a pre-paid voucher and send the number to Unipin, just to hang around and wait for a token number from them. Sitting often without electricity for hours. Today we bought a R100 voucher and they claim the supplier is off line, yet we just bought a voucher from Powertime and it worked within a second! We lost twenty rands worth of electricity last week, as they never came back to us. Today it is a R100!! I want that token number please!!
