UniPIN not delivering Token ****
I purchased a Unipin voucher (S/N ***) at my local garage where I purchase all my vouchers and immediately proceeded to request the relevant Token via sms as I have done many times. I then received a sms stating that I should be patient and will receive my Token when the supplier supplies it. 17 Hours have lapsed and I have yet to receive my token. I now have less than 10 units of electricity remaining on my meter and will be cut off soon- when I then recharge Unipin will subtract an amount from my recharge as a penalty fee for reconnecting my electricity. This sounds like a **** to me where they deliberately delay the supply of Tokens in order to charge the reconnection penalty fee. This should be investigated. This is unacceptable and constitutes poor contractual performance from unipin as they do not perform within a reasonable time. I have smsed my serial number to the 43471 inquiry number and sent an email to [Email Removed] to no avail.
We had major issue with the service provider and we struggled to connect into them to obtain your token.
