Unipin no service

I bought a unipin voucher today just before 17h00. I have send a sms 3 times to get my token for units. And i did not receive anything back. Was told to phone ********** 870 and to ask for unipin dept. I spoke to Simpiwe at 17h22 where he said he will send a mail to request assistance. I gave him serial number on voucher and other info. Up to now 21h37 I have not heard anything back and still did not receive my token for unipin units yet. Do not know what to do.
