UNIPIN is USELESS!!!!!!

I am honestly sick and tired of buying electricity for my pre-paid meter through unipin because without fail, every time I buy it there is a problem with the voucher! I am now once again sitting with no electricity because UniPin is obviously a useless company! We called a Protea agent and she has advised that she cannot send us another voucher as the last time she did, she had not been paid for it by UNIPIN. Now I must fork more money out for a different voucher!!! When is this useless company going to sort this out! Electricity is a basic need and you are Robbing me of it! I expect an answer immediately!
