Unipin is impossable to get hold of

There is no contact number for this company they advertise they are available 24/7 365 days , i have a problem with reloading my electricity for the past 15 hours and are running out on credits send several mails and sms but no response got hold of a number of a call centre and was told all they do is send a mail on my behalf they do not have any contact numbers , so i asume i will be in the dark untill whi knows when , bad bad bad very bad service and false info.
