Unipin has not sent my token

Serial numbers *** and ***. For the life of me I do not understand why I was sold a vouchers if Unipin cannot send me my tokens. Surely they can build a check into the system to check if the supplier is offline. I'm happy to purchase my token with other suppliers that print it immediately or tell you if it's offline before taking your money.<br> <br> So how long would it take to get my money back while I'm still out of electricity? How does the refund mechanism work? Is one of those designed to make it easy to take your money but hard to get back when no service is provided?<br> <br> The unipin system doesn't work for me. I should have waited for pick n pay to open in the morning I would be sorted. Now I'm held ransom with no reasonable prospect of getting a quick refund.
