Unipin electricity

I bought R1000 electricity on 12/05/2018. I loaded it and even received confirmation that it was loaded. Today around 13:00, 15/05/2018, my electricity was cut off. There's no way I can finish a R1000 electricity in 3 days. I've tried to contact them but they are so rude and unhelpful. Serial number ********** 738825, can somebody please help me because it's cold!!! Thanks
