Trying to redeem the unipin voucher

Have been trying to redeem a unipin voucher since the 10th. When i first tried, i received the following response

PLEASE DO NOT RESEND YOUR REQUEST. There is a problem at your electricity supplier. Your token will be sent to you as soon as the problem is resolved.

I then called the support line, ***on the 11th and was told they would look into the problem. I then received a message which said solved about 3 hours later. And i tried again but didn't receive any response what so ever. I have been trying since then and getting no reply at all. I sent an sms to 43471 and received another sms saying solved but still no change. Meter number ********** 7827 Serial number ********** 033522
