Tokens not sent on time

unpin's service sucks!!! it is pathetic!!! can you imagine you pay for service and half the time you receive sms's apologising that the system is offline. I am from work and i just bought unpin for electricity - you dial the required digits and you are told that the system is down - you will get your token once it is up and running. Wow - how pathetic is that. It is not the first time it has happened - in fact it is becoming a routine. All i want is the service i pay for - nothing more, nothing less. You have the contract to supply us with prepaid electricity - now do that!!!
