TOKEN STILL NOT RECIEVED AFTER 8HRS!!!!!!!!

We bought a Unipin Voucher on the 15th of March 2018 at around 20:00HRS and sent a request for a token. UP TILL NOW we haven't received the token. we smsd the number on the slip and no response! i emailed them this morning and yet agin no response. i went on their website and there is no contact number and i wrotte them a message there on their contact page. we have no electricity right now and i have a family and a small child, what are we supposed to do???????
