Theft of R250

I purchased an electricity unipin with serial number ********** 070909 from Dischem last week for R250, I followed the instructions however i have to date not received the voucher number on my cellphone. I then tried to do it again the following day however it says the voucher has been used. I contacted support via email on Monday 5th November, to date no response. I sent an sms to unipin with the relevant information (serial number and meter number) still no response. Meter number is ********** 7159. My contact number is ********** 908
